Nine-year-old Alex Pruitt is stuck at home with chickenpox when an ordinary toy car accidentally falls into his hands. Unbeknownst to him, the toy contains a highly valuable microchip sought by a group of international spies. What begins as a boring day indoors quickly turns into a high-stakes game of cat and mouse.

As the criminals repeatedly attempt to infiltrate Alex’s house, the resourceful young boy uses his imagination, quick thinking, and a series of increasingly elaborate traps to outsmart them.
